CASE STUDY

Not just a pretty site. The last step in a system.

Haka Decks is Denver's deck builder, an NZ-trained master builder engineered for altitude. We rebuilt the operation, the positioning, and the proof first. The website is where it all converges.

  1. Discovery

Shadowed how the business actually runs

  2. Positioning

    The master-builder story, made sharp

  3. Rebrand + proof

    Brand, photography, reviews

  4. Website

    Built to convert

The website is the last build step of the foundation. Then the growth engine pours traffic in.

01 · The problem

A 250-deck reputation that lived offline.

Haka had built 250+ decks since 2017 and earned 80+ five-star reviews, but that reputation wasn't converting online. The leaks were at the operational seams, not the marketing ones. A new website on its own would have been lipstick.

02 · Before we wrote a single ad

We fixed the operation first.

Three working sessions shadowing how Haka actually works: how leads come in, how they get qualified, what slows things down. A great ad that drives a lead into a slow response process is wasted spend, so we sorted the process before spending a dollar on traffic.

03 · Positioning & rebrand

One story, engineered for altitude.

We sharpened the positioning: an NZ-trained master builder, built for the way Denver lives outside. Then we refreshed the brand and produced the photography and review momentum that close premium jobs in a market full of volume builders.

04 · The website

The conversion engine.

Only then did we rebuild the site: fast, mobile-first, with 24/7 AI lead response and CRM wired in. By the time a visitor lands, the positioning, proof, and operation are already doing the selling. The site just converts it into booked work.

05 · The growth engine

Then we pour traffic in.

With the foundation live, the Hello Savvy Growth System keeps turning: visibility across search, AI, and local channels; trust from reviews and field content; leads measured in a plain-English dashboard. Week over week, season over season.
